About me

Hi, I'm Anna.

I didn’t always plan to become a therapist. I started off pre-med, thinking I’d work in a lab or research. But after taking a psychology class in high school, I realized I was far more interested in helping real people in real time. I shifted paths, earned my degree in counseling, and never looked back.

Today, what I love most about this work is when therapy stops sounding like therapy and starts sounding like you. When clients begin using their own voice, setting boundaries they once avoided, and seeing themselves with clarity and compassion, that’s where change happens.

For over 13 years, I’ve supported adults navigating anxiety, relationship dynamics, overextension, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe resilience isn’t just about bouncing back. It’s about moving forward with intention. I work best with people who are ready to step out of the cycle of doing and into a life that feels more grounded, present, and true to who they are.

As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I’ve built this practice to be a safe, inclusive space. Racism, sexism, and hate have no place here. If you’re looking for therapy that’s rooted in respect, real talk, and lasting change, I’d be honored to support you.
